SLD : Single Line Diverter
SLD : Single Line Diverter
SLD (Single Line Diverter) is a type where the wheel units are aligned in a single row.
Length : 200mm
- - Length extension: Combine SLD and DLD units as needed.
- - Example of required sorter length:
- * For 600 mm: 1×DLD + 1×SLD connected
- * For 1200 mm: 3×DLD connected
Width options: 400, 600, 800, 1000 mm
- - Select according to the conveyor width
- - Each unit allows an additional width extension of up to 50 mm
Product lineup by conveyor width:

With a standard unit length of 200 mm and wheel units arranged in a single row, there are four width variations available (400 mm to 1000 mm in 200 mm increments) to match different conveyor widths. Each unit can be expanded by up to 50 mm. Depending on the size and characteristics of the items to be sorted, additional length beyond 200 mm can be achieved by freely combining SLD and DLD units to configure the desired line.

DLD (Double Line Diverter) is a type where the wheel units are aligned in two rows.
