SLD : Single Line Diverter
SLD (Single Line Diverter): A diverter type with wheel units arranged in a single row.
Length: 200mm
- - Length Extension: Combine SLD and DLD units as needed to achieve the required sorter length.
- - Example:
- * For 600mm: 1 DLD + 1 SLD combined
- * For 1200mm: 3 DLD units combined
Width Options: 400, 600, 800, 1000mm
- - Select the appropriate width to match the conveyor width.
- - Each unit allows up to 50mm additional width extension.
Product Lineup by Conveyor Width:

With a fixed length of 200mm, wheel units are aligned in a single row, and widths are available in four options (400mm to 1000mm in 200mm increments) to match the conveyor width. Each unit can be extended by up to 50mm, and depending on the size and characteristics of items to be sorted, additional length beyond 200mm can be configured freely by combining SLD and DLD units.
